We are dedicated to providing exceptional support to our executive and their wider teams and have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Executive Assistant to join us and contribute to our mission of ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
We are looking for someone who is curious, resourceful and highly accountable, who thrives in a team environment and is always ready to lend a hand.
To succeed in this role, you’ll naturally anticipate what's needed before being asked, exercise good judgement and build trust through reliability and discretion, along with the ability to foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your personal resilience and ability to influence others will be key in driving success within the team. You enjoy finding better ways of working, embrace technology and actively contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Operating not just as an EA, but a trusted business partner who takes ownership of tasks from end to end and understands why.
- Providing executive support, managing the diary and ensuring preparedness for commitments while handling internal/external communications, including emails while managing document filing & preparation.
- Attending meetings, taking notes, following up on action items and control agendas, along with prep of presentations or reports.
- Monitoring and management of budgets - including expenses, credit card claims and travel arrangements.

To step into this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience supporting Executive, GM or Senior Leadership-level leaders within a complex organisation
- Proven track record in administration, project coordination, and event management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
